DuPage Medical Group is proud to announce the addition of Board Certified Cynthia Urbanowicz, M.D. to the Department of Pediatrics. She will be part of the General Pediatrics office in Naperville and Downers Grove. Dr. Urbanowicz is a caring physician whose clinical interests include general pediatrics and preventative care.
Dr. Urbanowicz received her undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College. She continued on to receive her medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine where she earned the award of Chicago Medical School Teaching Award for Outstanding House Officer in Pediatrics. Dr. Urbanowicz completed her residency at Advocate Christ Hope Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn. She has been involved in the community through the Reach Out and Read Volunteer program in Chicago.
Dr. Urbanowicz is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Dr. Urbanowicz is affiliated with Edward and Good Samaritan Hospitals.
